We accept returns for damage or obvious stains that were not disclosed.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for issues relating to size, fit, weight, or colour variations.


Sizing and Fit Disclaimer
Vintage huipiles are traditionally structured garments with unique cuts. Measurements (length and width) are provided in every single listing. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these details before purchasing.

Undisclosed Damage & Stains
The Mayan vendors inspect, clean, and photograph every textile. Because these are vintage, some loose threads or gentle fabric softening are characteristic of their history, not defects. However, if an item arrives with significant, undisclosed damage or a major stain not mentioned in the listing description, a return will be honoured.

To Request a Return for Damage
1. Email us or use our store contact form within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the undisclosed damage or stain.
3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Items must be shipped back in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
