Textiles - Shipping & Returns

Textiles are sourced throughout regional Guatemala and normally take 1-2 weeks to complete their transit from village to DHL. Once DHL has your textile you will receive a tracking number. Any custom duties or taxes a country may charge are the customers responsibility

RETURNS
Returns are accepted for undisclosed damage or obvious stains. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for issues relating to size, fit, weight, or colour variations.

Measurements (length and width) are provided in each listing — it is the buyer's responsibility to review these details before purchasing.

Because these are vintage textiles, some loose threads or gentle fabric softening are characteristic of their history, not defects. However, if an item arrives with significant, undisclosed damage or a major stain not mentioned in the listing description, a return will be honoured.

To Request a Return for Damage:
1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the undisclosed damage or stain.
2. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Items must be shipped back in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.
